Men’s long-sleeved shirt. It features a stand-up collar and a front slit with a button fastening. The collar, front panel, and cuffs are adorned with hand embroidery.

“Carpathian Beasts” is a collection developed within our workshop, inspired by traditional Verkhovyna shirts featuring paired images of protective animals. In folk symbolism, the hare represents agility, sensitivity, vital energy, and the renewal of nature.

The fabric is as close as possible in quality to homespun linen, on which shirts were embroidered in the first half of the 20th century. The voluminous embroidery is handcrafted with wool threads. The pattern was designed by the embroiderers of our workshop based on antique examples.

The use of wool threads was characteristic of the western regions and mountainous areas, where sheep breeding was traditional.
