Returns and exchanges

The reasons for returning clothing by the Buyer may include size, style, color, length, or other discrepancies.

Reasons for returning a product due to Seller errors: product defect / damage; incorrect order fulfillment.

NOTE! Returned goods must show no signs of wear/use, and their commercial appearance must be fully preserved. This means that the product must not be washed, and must retain its original packaging, tags, and labels. If these conditions are not met, unfortunately, the item will not be accepted or exchanged.

Steps for returning a product:

  • Contact us by phone or email, provide the order number or the last name and first name used to make the purchase, and state the reason for the return.
  • Carefully pack the product and send the parcel via "Nova Poshta." The cost of return shipping is covered by the Buyer. Please ensure quality packaging, as we cannot accept returns if items are damaged during transit.
  • If we accept the item, we will refund the money or replace the item within 7 business days of receiving it, according to the specified details. If the item does not meet the return requirements (according to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection"), it will be sent back to you (at the buyer's expense).

If the reason for the return is due to Seller’s errors (defect, damage, incorrect order), and you choose to exchange the item for a similar one, the return shipping cost for the exchanged item will be free.

If you return an item at the Buyer's discretion (size, style, color, length, etc.), the refund will be credited to your account minus any delivery costs, if applicable.
