Description Sculptural figure "Yaroslav Mudryi"
Son of Volodymyr, Grand Prince of Kyiv (1019–1054), who codified the first Ukrainian legal code — Ruska Pravda; he founded Saint Sophia Cathedral in Kyiv, libraries, and schools.
During his reign, Rus strengthened its diplomatic ties with Europe, and Kyiv became one of the largest cities on the continent.
This ruler knew how to combine strength and intellect, military power and the word, authority and justice. He built not only churches but also a civilized system of law and education. His legacy teaches us that a successful state stands on culture, knowledge, and the rule of law.
The toy is crafted using an original technique that includes a mixture of paper, sawdust, water, buckwheat husks, and paste.
Each figurine is hand-sculpted, fired at high temperatures, sanded, and painted by our artisans using acrylic paints following the style of vintage ornaments. This treatment makes them durable and resistant to mechanical damage. Tiny details, just like a hundred years ago, are carefully shaped from cotton wool and decorated with fabric appliqués.
They are safe for children and pets because they don't break. Eco-friendly and long-lasting.
