Description Sculptural Souvenir "Snake in an Embroidered Shirt"
The snake has always cherished Ukrainian customs and traditions passed down from generation to generation. Before setting off to explore the world, the little snake asked her mother for a shirt. Her mother embroidered it with red and black threads, just like in Dmytro Pavlychko's poem.
This souvenir is the symbol of 2025, part of the collection dedicated to the Year of the Snake.
The toy is crafted using an original technique involving a mixture of paper, sawdust, water, buckwheat husks, and paste. Each figure is hand-molded, baked at high temperatures, sanded, and hand-painted by our artisans with acrylic paints inspired by vintage designs. This process makes them durable and resistant to mechanical damage. Safe for children and pets, as they do not break. Eco-friendly and long-lasting.
